Cell voltage monitoring for stationary and mobile applications
The search for environmentally friendly and at the same time economical drives and efficient storage technologies for renewable energies is more important than ever today. Our e_Cell Electronics division makes an important contribution to this. The focus is on systems for monitoring and controlling bipolar electrochemical systems such as fuel cells, batteries, electrolysers and supercapacitors.
At SMART TESTSOLUTIONS, we recognised the importance of high-performance energy storage systems and generators at an early stage. Our knowledge edge relates primarily to the reliable monitoring of fuel cells and accumulators. Our systems are now in use in many countries around the world.
"More than 20 years ago, we launched our first system for voltage monitoring on fuel cells and electrolysers. Since then, it has always been available - even in times when hydrogen technologies were not at the top of the agenda as they are today. We have never stopped developing our CVM and high voltage measurement product ranges."
Our e_Cell Electronics products are used, among other things, in battery production for monitoring and analysis during production. Among other things, the systems score points here with their scalability up to a very high number of measuring channels.
Our CVM measurement modules for monitoring the individual cell voltages in fuel cell stacks have now proven themselves hundreds of times over and provide reliable measurement results even under harsh environmental conditions.
Thanks to their large measuring range, our components are also used in the field of electrolysis. Here they monitor the voltages of the individual cells and thus contribute to process reliability.
The e_Cell Electronics product range from SMART TESTSOLUTIONS includes all the components you need to monitor and test fuel cell systems. We combine them according to the requirements of your fuel cell stack and the planned application.
Shipbuilding - and here in particular the navy - has also been part of our customer base in the CVM sector for several years.
