Tester in an easy to handle format

With the hand-held tester, configurable motor vehicle signals are dynamically simulated and measured. Motor vehicle signal profiles and algorithms in control units can thus be tested easily. Furthermore, rotational speed simulations can be performed, inductive and digital signals of cams and crankshaft sensors can be generated and measured.

The signal profiles (sensor wheel data) are programmed and changed directly via the PC. With the compact design, the hand-held tester can be used in the vehicle and the lab. Amongst others, pin-specific function tests, software function tests and hardware function checks (failures, rework, modifications etc.) can be performed. Furthermore, the hand-held tester is a tool for part application at the laboratory workplace and for commissioning control unit applications. It is also used for function tests for control units in the prototype inventory (e.g.: motor sport) and for fault diagnosis for wiring harnesses, sensors or control units. The hand-held tester is an ideal device for the control unit maintenance for young or old timers.

Automotive ECU Tester

The AT1 Automotive & ECU Tester dynamically simulates and measures configurable automotive signals. It provides an easy means of checking automotive signal profiles and algorithms onboard ECUs. In addition to performing rotational speed simulations, the tester also generates and measures both inductive and digital camshaft and crankshaft sensor signals.

Signal behaviors (data encoder wheels) are programmed and modified either directly on the AT1 or by means of a connected PC. Thanks to its compact design, the AT1 ECU Tester can be deployed both onboard the vehicle and in the laboratory.
