SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT - The best development for your project

SMART TESTSOLUTIONS measurement specialties also include special temperature measurements with alternative measurement concepts.

For example, with the coil temperature gauge L-Temp, the temperatures in solenoid valves can be measured during operation.

Coil temperature measurement

With the coil temperature measuring device L-Temp, the temperatures in solenoid valves can be measured during operation. The measurement is sensorless, the L-Temp uses the coil as a temperature sensor. The operating temperatures within a test piece can thus be measured without modifying it.

Different winding types are easily adjustable.

The measured temperature can be read off directly on the device via a three-digit display and transferred to the external evaluation via an analogue output or recorded via a curve recorder.

In the basic version shown here, the device optionally has one or two measuring channels, but can be expanded to up to 12 channels in the subrack by means of the corresponding L-Temp plug-in module from the MCM family.

  • Basic unit, 1 or 2-channel basic configuration, modular to 3 - 12-channel upgradeable with article no. 982-120029
  • Display with channel selector for measuring range setting and temperature display
  • Coil resistance range 0.3 - 3 ohm
  • Coil inductance 200 - 800 uH
  • Suitable for multiple injection at solenoid valves
  • Measurement rate 0.5 - 1 s
  • Measurement results are provided for each channel as a standardized analog value. By means of a trigger pulse, the updated value can be synchronized.
  • The temperature adjustment is adjusted by means of temperature-stable cermet trimmers.
